24 year old Osheene 'Rah' Massey, a black male subject and 23-year old female Octavia Brooks-Wilson
are wanted in the double shooting / murder in Kingsport on November 18, 2005
on a Myrtle Street candle and incense shop.

Donald Lynch is a 64 year old black male who is 6' tall and weighs about 205 pounds.
He is wanted on 11 counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor,
2 counts of aggravated sexual battery and rape of a child.
Listed is his last known
address and it is believed he fled the State of Tennessee.
Mr. Lynch absconded last year after making bail on multiple child rape and molestation charges. He is wanted for failing to appear at his scheduled court hearings. He is also wanted by the F.B.I. for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. His whereabouts are unknown.

over 14,000 dollars at Lowe's stores in surrounding states. The name used could
be an alias. If anyone knows where this man is, or has any information, please
