WELCOME TO LAKESHORE CAMPGROUND

We are located in Southwest Virginia, on the VA - TN state line
Our campground is nestled on the beautiful South Holston lake, where
fishing is good all year round. South Holston lake is a great fishery
with plenty of Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, Muskie,
Catfish, Trout and other pan fish. We are also only 30 minutes from
some of the best Striper (rock) fishing found anywhere. Fishing trips
can be arranged for Bass and Striper. Call early to make arrangements
for spring. March thru June are great top water months.

Our campground consists of 200 plus sites. All sites with the exception
of about 15 have full hookups, water, sewer, and electricity
(all electric is metered). Each site has a big lawn with ample parking.
Begin the new Millennium with us at Lakeshore Campground where
you will enjoy all new paved roads, a carded security gate, improved
convenience store with gasoline, propane, a great deli, abc off,
and a variety of camping essentials, also live and artificial bait.

We are a multi service campground. We try hard to meet all your
needs. We have a new improved game room with 3 eight foot slate 
Pool tables and most of the latest video games. We also have a new
picnic shelter, playground, and private beach. Lots of things to do
for kids and adults of all ages, games, picnic, recreation, and music,
a family place to be.

We also have docks on the water that will accomodate 130 watercrafts,
and private launching ramp, and indoor dry storage to accomodate 36
watercrafts. RV and marine mechanics are nearby, some even make
housecalls.
